Atty. Emil Karlo Joven has a lucrative career as a civil and criminal litigator for more than ten years. Being a bank executive as well, he is adept at handling your banking, commercial, and corporate concerns. Atty. Emil also handles for the firm your government regulatory needs and requirements.

He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law with a juris doctor degree in 2007. His BA Psychology Degree in the University of the Philippines proves useful in his handling and strategizing for ToVen Law’s clients. Atty. Emil worked as a bank executive in the Rural Bank of Alabat Quezon. Prior to establishing ToVen Law, he was a Senior Associate in the now-dissolved Delloro Espino & Saulog Law Office and in Calleja Law Office.

Atty. Emil is also a go-to counsel and consultant for property issues and concerns having successfully handled numerous transfer, development, and/or recovery of property cases..
